There are things that words can barely touch
and mountains of silence loftier than birds,
but there's a word for this, which stays unspoken...

where sunshine and breezes can have their say
and grasses can overwhelm me with their beauty
as the marshes did when I stood by you.

Intimate is a word for something transcendental and pure,
to know and be known,
and sometimes I wonder if meeting you here, though we may be wrong
was to remind me what I'm looking for~~~~~

The bees, pollinate all my flowers and trees, but I don't know where they've gone
They, have decreased in their numbers and it's rarely that I see them around.
The birds seem to miss them, they're workin' harder than ever but it's not enough
Plants all about me are sighin', some livin' some dyin', now what's going on?

The bees kept my garden growing, without me knowing, but now that they're gone I know.
We've been fertilizing and some plants are still rising in my garden for now.
But all around me the woods are unhealthy, growth at a halt.
I've got this strange feeling, I'd like to bring healing, because I suspect it's our fault.
